yey-yah!
did this 2-page spread for 2 weeks total.
I did take quite a bit of photos, but most of it was from week 5 which went into my Week in My Life album.
Highlights of the good & bad: starbucks, walking in the mornings, doggie drama (this was the bad part), yumminess from the slow cooker and a nice and funny series of our 2 girlies.
Left side, week 4:
Doodled around the jillibean letter stickers, went over the corrugated letter stickers with chalk ink, added some stars to the Starbucks photo.
split up a journaling card to fit it in.
kinda cool.
I added 2 inserts with self-adhesive tabs: 2 of my posts from my blog and 2 of maiya’s
homework assignments.
Right side, week 5:
added labels and numbered the series of photos, added my doodled borders on those labels as well. I have to say I love the design F page protector by becky Higgins.
It was kinda fun splitting up the photos to fit them in.
Very little embellishments on this spread.
Just felt that it didn’t need much to
it.
Plus I just didn’t feel like it
honestly and it felt complete.
I guess
there’s a minimalist in me afterall, scrapwise.
