just going a little longer...posting....G..T...I...baby!

i have decided to extend my 'everyday project' through the weekend, especially since my daughter will be with us plus we'll be seeing her godmother/one of my bff's this sunday for brunch.  my bff is taking a little vacay from las vegas and visiting fam and friends in seattle.  can hardly wait to see her!  yey-yah!

i was just going to do the project for seven days....but figured...what's another 4-5 days.  i'm actually feeling kind of under the weather today...my throat has been bothering me since sunday.  yuck! but i am thinking that i'm not gonna let it get me down and may just go for a brisk walk with my camera and take a few shots around the neighborhood.  don't feel like jogging today, plus i don't want to put in my contacts.  my trendy glasses today will do....

juicy couture baby!  got a lot of compliments on these even online!  yey-yah!  thx baby boo for helping me choose these!

before i post anything else...just wanted to say...  i so admire and am inspired by this lil beauty:  kaia zautner.  she will always remind me to be grateful for life and to be strong no matter what comes your way. when you have time, please read her blog and her amazing story by clicking on her name above.  she is so beautiful, inside and out!

i have been so behind on posting my LO's on my galleries at two peas in a bucket, scrapbook.com, SisTv, scrapbooksetc, a million memories, and Creating Keepsakes' clubck.  i thought being on vacay i would remember to do so, but to be honest, i've been busy with other stuff that i just completely forgot.  gotta get back into it! get bizy jenn!  at least i've been posting here, right?  give me credit okay?  heehee...

well here's an LO i did a couple of weeks back... my hubz was especially pleased and jumping for joy joy happy happy joy joy...(J/k babez!)...but seriously he was excited and said it was sooo cool.  this is entitled "gti" and the journaling notes:

did a lot of tone on tone, border punching and used some leftover die cuts from my cricut. used american crafts, jenni bowlin and graphic 45 papers on this one.  loved how everything goes so well and managed to keep it "manly."  that car is fast like a m#th@f#$@!!!!  i should know because i tried it a few times on sport mode.  yey-yah!  but don't tell my hubby that...heehee...ooops...oh yeah i forgot i already told him that...with a smile.  wink!

MY LITTLE STAR

wow this weekend is almost ending.  we went to southcenter mall in tukwila yesterday and i finally got some clothes!  i haven't shopped like that for myself in soooo long!  my hubz and daughter picked out a few outfits and i ended up buying them.  they've got such great sense of style, ya know!

i was hoping to hear who made the Inspired Blueprints Design Team...but they have not yet made an announcement...so anxious....  well i did promise i would post the LO i submitted for the DT...here's my take on their sketch challenge:

i've got quite a few other LO's to post...but i may post them later on today or sometime this week.  i had used a bunch of sketches created by the reknowned Kelly Purkey.  i took 2 online classes she was teaching and they were both great. 

did another LO earlier this a.m.  my hubby especially loved it b/c it was about one of his toys.  that'll get posted laterz as well.  

for now my Little Star will do.

have a great sunday and i'm off to do laundry and clean house.  so grateful to be a home girl today. for real.

The 2 Couples on Inspired Blueprints

here's one i did this past saturday early in the a.m.  I used Inspired Blueprints sketch #46 and the LRS April 2010 kit.  this sketch was a fun one to do.  this LO will definitely be on my fave list.  i turned the photos to b&w to make them pop out with the papers.  the first photo is of my sis and her hubz (going on 16 yrs), the second one is of me and my hubz (we've been married for a little over a yr now).  love the jb butterflies!  lots of border punching, layering and tone on tone...my fave techniques!

i noticed that i've been doing quite a few LO's with collage photo flavor to them...i guess you could say it's one of my signature stylez.  you'll be seeing more of that....also i love doing multiples of the same photos, tone on tone, circles, butterflies, border punching!  and yes you'll be seeing more of that too.  yey-yah! 

i said this before...this is one of my favez this year... i had submitted this one as one of two LO's for their Design Team.  i didn't make it but....man...this makes up for it!
