on the daily

day 9, "something you do everyday"
me?
working out in some form:  jog/walk, walk, stretches, weights, abs, medicine ball.
i try to do cardio 3-5x a week, and some form of body exercise 2-3x a week.
this day i did a jog/walk followed by stretches & ab work...

and today, day 10, "your favorite word"
