12.07 mile run....boo-yah!!!!

I did this and set a new PB for myself:

when I hit 10, my legs were dying!

believe me I wanted to stop & walk....

but I kept telling my ass to keep going, don't quit.

so I kept running.

and dammit....

I'm glad I did.

another one for my books.

as I write this I'm waiting for Maiya here at the Burbank airport.

her flight delayed 145 minutes..

bummer.

well at least I have her kindle to occupy my time.

I love technology.

11.16 miles...i ran this!

a new PB for me....

11.16 miles!!!!!!!!!
daaaaaayyyyyaaaaaammmmnnnn!
i think i might be ready for that half marathon!
when?
i'm not sure yet.
but someday peepz...
someday.

i kept saying to myself:
"don't stop keep going"
"if you stop i'm gonna kick your ass!"
and so i kept running.
at the end of my run...
i grunted...
literally.
i bet that old couple heard me too by the playground.
lol.
and i had big smile on my face.
*smile*
heehee....

my feet were hurting like hell..
and then my left knee was sooooo sore.
my thighs were sore too the next day.
but man it was worth it!
worth it i tell ya!

i'm just damn proud of myself right now.
wink wink...

a 12-ver is in my future.
