here's my LO on the exact day i turned 38. my bday is the day after xmas and every yr i do an LO once i turn a yr more. i used the AMM dec '09 kit for this one.  i just love graphic 45 and not to mention the jenni bowlin papers in this kit. i love to use multiples of the same photos in some of LO's.  so there will be more of that style to come. enjoy!

yey-yah!  i'm 38 today!  i did an LO to celebrate too.  i'll post it laterz....  my hubz, our girls and the family are taking me out to lunch at dukes chowder house in tacoma.  never been there, but heard it was good. c ya gotta b w/ da fam and eat some breakfast!

Merry Xmas everyone!  woohoo!  it's xmas eve! r u gonna open presents tonite or tomorrow? we usually do it xmas eve..but i had to work and so we are having our family festivities tomorrow at noon and then eat some grub. i'm cooking wild rice, mushroom and sausage soup and some rice pudding. da hubz is cooking some lasagna, the rest of my clan is coming over with their own dish of secretz.  can hardly wait coz it's so much fun. wonder what i got for xmas? hmmmm...

well here is sumthin sumthin to close for 2nite....made this w/ some bad girls kit from mar. '09. i'm no longer a member of theirs, it got a little bit too expensive, beautiful kits but it was breaking my banks.

omg! i'm so tired i need to go to sleep now...but i've been surfing scrap stuff, blogs for awhile just so i can get some kind scrap time in....  but before i go to sleep...here's an LO I recently did... i used the little redscrapbook dec kit for this one...i have been into circles lately more so ever since i discovered one of my fave scrapgirls...sasha holloway!  she is da bomb!!!!

it's saturday folks...duh!  well my stepdaughter ashley is coming into to town for  winter break!  yeah!  her flight kinda delayed tho' but she'll be here in due time.... yey-yah!

Well i recently joined another scrapbook kit that I have been meaning to join and finally did it....Little Red Scrapbook! They have such dope @55 stuff! Here's something I did with their Nov. kit...it's me and my hunny on our honeymoon in Hawaii. That was so much fun!

Car Frustrations...

Yes...I'm having car frustrations today. brought my car into the shop and I knew this was coming...gotta get the gasket, timing belts, spark plugs replaced. It's gonna cost me a bundle. But it is what it is and I will have to pay up!

Let me say this....if I could... I would have a driver drive me around wherever and whenever I wanted at no cost. Dreaming....but if i ruled the world this would be one thing that i would command and demand for all women who are not so much into cars, just like myself.

Moving on...now that I got that off my chest. I feel much better now, maybe not so much financially, but at least I'll be driving with no more wondering what the heck was that burning smell and leaking underneath my car.

Love the Daisies...

I just love daisies...I wanted to use them for my wedding two months ago but they just didn't have the nice gerbera ones I liked...but red and white carnations were a beautiful substitute. But I did manage to buy some daisies from Walmart for $5!!!!! here they are...



Well we are off to an Xmas partay in Seattle..ta-ta!

It's Friday! Yeah! I am feeling a bit sick-o since yesterday afternoon, nauseated really. Am I preggo? Not sure. I can't be tho'. I'll wait a few days and see if this feeling persists.

we really do wish...

I made this layout of my stepdaughter, Ashley. She's grown so fast. The last time I saw her was in October during the weekend of our wedding. She's coming home in about 2 weeks! yeah. Here's what I made, I used her school pictures SY 2009-2010:




I used the AMM October '09 kit for this layout. Journaling: we wish you were with us everyday...maybe someday you will be.

Two Peas in a Pod

Finally done with dinner and cleaning up. whew! I did prep up some mini burgers for tomorrow nite, rachel ray style! can hardly wait to cook 'em tomorrow, the hubz was just slobbering over them..lol!

Scrappin' Groove...

Well I recently got my November kit from A Million Memories...I just had to do a layout of my niece and 2 nephews. Here it is:


Here's a layout of my godson, Davin. I cut up a picture card that was sent to me and just couldn't resist scrapping it. I used an AMM kit from a previous month...


Lastly, I did a page on me myself and I entitled "lifestyle." I got this title just recently from a little conversation I had with my hubby. We were just talking about how we are both very happy and satisfied with our lifestyle and wouldn't change a thing about it. Here it is:
