it's time again for another cool challenge on ScrapTiffany:  friendships.

i've got quite a few FB friends...
but of course i've got a few friends who i can count on no matter what...
no matter how far they are...

used my border punch and cut some strips, overlapped them, added some embellies.
voila!

wow! this week went by quick!

i can't believe it's already friday!
yey-yah!
da hubby is taking us out for dinna...
we need to get out of this house anyway.

this weekend is gonna be nice galore.
tomorrow nite, my lil baby boo comes home from her dad's.
it was her spring break this week.
so happy she's coming home!
then sunday, gonna take a nice trip w/ da fam to visit my dad & mom who are at my grandparents' house for another week.
yey-yah!

isn't she lovely?

i have been so busy enjoying my lil baby girlie girl...
she is now 18 dayz old...
how time has flown by.
i love her so much.
she is definitely daddy'z girl.
ampa and nana'z girl too.
her aunties just adore her...
especially auntie jo.
in about a couple of months or so, she'll be meeting her cousins.
so excited.

got the baby bjorn yesterday and finally went for a nice walk w/ my lil angel.
she was so cozy and slept like a baby (no pun intended...heehee).

today is the ScrapTiffany DT challenge reveal:  stamping


i rarely use stamps only because i tend to forget that i have them...
heehee...
but luckily this challenge reared me in.

on my layout, i used stamps by my mind's eye.
some cutesies doilies...
i used a photobooth pic that our 2 daughters took at the mall.
here it is...

for this blog hop....
i want to share some cards i made recently...
thank you cards...
birthday card....

here they are:

used bunches of crate paper, tone-on-tone punched stars.
i love doing tone-on-tone, it just gives it that nice unique touch.
i also love to deck out the inside of my cards as well, as you can tell.
don't just do the outside, deck out the inside of your cards too.
the inside matters too.

here's another with some tone-on-tone, punched stars (i love my star punch by fiskars!):

used lotz of pink paislie papers, love it.
anchored the blue punched stars with foam adhesives and added the buttons for the final touch.
don't you just love the punched border too.
used ek success for that one.

lastly,  a card for a wonderful family who has helped me out while my hubby was deployed:

love the my mind's eye papers and embellies for this one!
the chipboard was first sprayed w/ glimmer mist in patina and then on only the right side of it w/ glimmer mist in slate to give it that shadowy effect.

i've been totally slacking off posting, huh?
i've just been so tired...
preoccupied with the pregnancy...i'm 38 wks now...
and busy since our daughter came in from idaho for spring break.

but i have managed to scrap some cards and a layout.

today is the reveal challenge on ScrapTiffany using a sketch by Abby.
